- Highly proficient in Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Mac, PC, Cintiqs.  Beginner knowledge in ZBrush, Sketchup, Adobe After Effects.

 

EXPERIENCE___________________________________________________________

 

ILLUSTRATOR- STAMPIN’ UP (2022) 

● Illustrated and designed new products-including stamps, tools, and paper-in line with predetermined strategies. 

● Participated in idea generation for catalog planning, by brainstorming multiple  ideas throughout the trend process. 

● Ensured artwork is complete and accurate when output  and routed to Research & Development Specialists by specified deadlines. 

 

TOY DESIGNER- JAZWARES (2021) 

● Designed original toy products for Licensor IPs, including ‘Cocomelon’ and ‘The Smurfs’ while maintaining IP integrity with Licensors. 

● Worked closely with Design Leads to create IP character art/illustrations for pitch meetings to the Licensor.

● Provided detailed feedback, approvals, and art direction for all out-sourced 3D character turnarounds to ensure IP accuracy. 

 

JR. ART DIRECTOR- Tuttle Twins 2D Animated Show (2021) 

● In charge of establishing the overall look of the show and maintaining style consistency throughout episodes

● Created style guide to establish textures and line quality while guiding the background and prop artists in their designs. 

● Maintained weekly meetings to provide art direction, redlines and notes on designers’ drawings in order to maintain style cohesion. 

 

COLORIST/ILLUSTRATOR- UNIVERSAL STUDIOS (2019-2020) 

● Created environment concept art and technical paintings for meetings and presentations. 

● Developed and defined color scope for the projects of various teams at the same time. 

● Responsible for producing compelling color choices and renderings to guide vendors to the final look in the production pipeline, as well as providing final pantone color selections. 

 

CONCEPT DESIGNER/ ILLUSTRATION - UNIVERSAL STUDIOS (2016-2019)

● Designed characters and environments for both existing IP brands and new original content. 

● Created a variety of 2D concept art for a project pitch and presented it to the head of the department. 

● Worked on illustrations, concept art and sketches to convey project vision for several projects. 

● Worked directly with the Art Director and Creative Director to explore design options through sketches, storyboards and roughs while maintaining the integrity of the Client’s IP. 

● Collaborated with the Advanced Technology Interactives team to create art for gaming/interactive experiences. 

 

CHARACTER ARTIST/ILLUSTRATOR - DISNEY DESIGN GROUP (2015-2016) 

● Developed concepts, sketches and final character illustrations that matched brand content and maintained IP integrity.

● Worked with the team on feedback received to adjust concepts and meet deadlines. 

● Designed characters, environments and illustrations for a high level presentation to executives.
